The key to success in working with devices is a good management system. Therefore, we build our own MDM to make sure the Rocksoft MDM does exactly what our clients need.

Where possible the processes are automated. After the devices are located in the MDM (via DEP) all management functionalities are remotely available . You can think about restart, update, check battery, location, switch etc. We can manage all Apple devices with our MDM!

With our application you offer a personal assistant in the hotel room for your guest.

The device can control all functions in a room or area, turn on the lights, control the temperature or airco, open or close your curtains or set a mood. Select a movie and control your tv.

The guest can communicate (chat) in a secured environment, find information about the hotel and the surroundings. Find flight or weather information, order room service, book a table at your restaurant or spa. All of this conveniently within a few taps.

Transform your TV in a multi media device and make sure your guests feels right at home.

They can see their own favorite series or films, find all information (hotel information, information about the city or surroundings), order room service, house keeping, ask for help all via the TV.

The Apple TV will be managed with our own MDM. The design will have the look and feel of your hotel.
